Anyway... you?ll not find any docs in the distribution. But here it is the basic instruction for starting the tool. Check out some further info for newly introduced functions:

1. Start the tool with typing java -jarJARNAME.jar at the command prompt or double clicking the jar in a properly configured Java/Win32 environment.
2. go to the directory where the files you want to rename are located.
3. Optionally let the tool walk recursivley through the subdirectories
4. Type in your regular expression. Take a look at the Jakarta RegExp package for further information. For RE Syntax see appropiate API Doc
5. Type in the new name for the files, of course back references with \n are allowed
6. Find the matching files. These will be displayed with there new name in a tabular view.
7. Optionally quality assure the results, you can disable the checkbox if you don?t like the new name.
8. Hit the BEGIN RENAME button to actually start renaming.
9. DONE
